This is the renovation and upgrade of an existing Kappe house. High up in the Santa Monica mountains, this retreat is the ideal gateway. For our New York client, we redesigned the interior with high end finishes, showed the limited plan with an outdoor deck and replaced existing windows and doors with large glass sliders to take advantage of the tremendous views.
Update: Thankfully this house survived the recent LA fires.
